About Christine Ivers:
Known as the “Queen of the Dark,” Chris is an encouraging teacher who loves working with students from beginners to accomplished painters. She is Past President of CT Pastel Society, former member of PSA’s Board of Governors and is a PSA (Pastel Society of America) Master Pastelist. Chris is an International Association of Pastel Societies (IAPS) Eminent Pastelist and was a former Vice President of IAPS. Chris is affiliated with many pastel societies and art organizations, acts as juror and judge for many shows, and has won numerous awards for her work.
